Questions Before You Order?
What does the swing do?
The outlet swings side to side up to 60° on its own, so cool air reaches more of the room. You can also tilt the louvers up or down by hand.
Does it need a window?
Yes. Like every portable air conditioner, it vents warm air outside through the exhaust hose. The included window kit fits windows from 25.5 to 51 in.
Do I have to empty water?
In cool mode most moisture leaves through the exhaust hose. In dry mode or on very humid days, connect the included drain hose.
How loud is it?
55 dB or less, and sleep mode keeps things calm at night.
Does it need a special outlet?
No. It plugs into a standard 120 V household outlet. Plug it straight into the wall rather than an extension cord.
How do I clean the filters?
Slide out the two filter screens, rinse them under the tap, let them dry and slide them back in.
What’s the return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. If it isn’t right, send it back.
