Questions Before You Order?
How big a room will it cool?
Rooms up to about 750 sq ft, like a large living room, open plan or basement family room.
Does it work with Alexa and Google?
Yes. Connect it to Wi-Fi with the app, then link it to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for voice control.
What windows does the kit fit?
The included window kit fits sliding windows and single or double-hung windows from 25.5 to 47 in.
How loud is it?
As low as 47 dB, and sleep mode with the display off keeps the room calm at night.
Do I have to empty water?
In cool mode most moisture leaves through the exhaust hose. In dry mode or on very humid days, connect the included drain hose for continuous draining.
Does it need a special outlet?
No. It plugs into a standard 115 V household outlet. Plug it straight into the wall rather than an extension cord.
What’s the return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. If it isn’t right, send it back.
