How much ice does it make?
Up to 80 lbs of clear square ice a day, with 24 lbs stored in a removable bin.
Will it fit under my counter?
Yes. It’s 33.5 in tall, 15 in wide and 20.3 in deep, with a front vent for under-counter installs. It also works freestanding.
Does it need a water line?
For hands-free use, connect the 10 ft inlet hose with the quick faucet connector and run the 6.5 ft drain hose. You can also fill the 3.2 L tank by hand.
Can I change the cube thickness?
Yes. 12 thickness levels by adjusting the ice-making time up or down 6 minutes.
How long does stored ice stay cold?
The 3-layer insulated shell keeps ice cold for about 6 hours at 68°F room temperature after it stops.
How do I clean it?
Hold the time/clean button for 5 seconds to self-clean, or hold on/off for 5 seconds to deice.
What’s the return policy?
