Can I turn the light off?
Yes. The light switches off in sleep mode so the room stays dark at night.
What windows does the kit fit?
The included window kit fits double-hung or sliding windows with an opening from 25 to 47 in.
Do I have to empty water?
In cool mode most moisture leaves through the exhaust hose. In dry mode or on very humid days, connect the included drain hose for continuous draining.
How heavy is it?
44 lb, with 4 swivel wheels and 2 side handles for moving it room to room.
Does it need a special outlet?
No. It plugs into a standard 115 V household outlet. Plug it straight into the wall rather than an extension cord.
