How does the child lock work?
Turn it on and the touch panel stops responding, so kids can’t change the temperature or switch it off. You can still use the remote.
How big a room will it cool?
Rooms up to about 250 sq ft, like a bedroom, kids’ room, playroom or home office.
What windows does the kit fit?
The included window kit fits sliding windows from 25.5 to 47 in, horizontal or vertical.
Do I have to empty water?
In cool mode most moisture leaves through the exhaust hose. In dry mode or on very humid days, drain it by hand or connect the included drain hose.
How loud is it?
55 dB or less, and sleep mode turns the lights off and runs quietly at night.
Does it need a special outlet?
No. It plugs into a standard 115 V household outlet. Plug it straight into the wall rather than an extension cord.
What’s the return policy?
