Rooms up to about 250 sq ft, like a bedroom, home office or small living room.
What does sleep mode do?
It turns the display lights off, raises the set temperature 1.8°F an hour so the room doesn’t get too cold overnight, and shuts the unit off after 12 hours.
What windows does the kit fit?
The included window kit fits vertical or horizontal sliding windows with an opening from 25.5 to 47 in.
Do I have to empty water?
In cool mode most moisture leaves through the exhaust hose. In dry mode or on very humid days, drain it by hand or connect the included drain hose for continuous draining.
How much moisture does dry mode remove?
Up to 40 pints a day, depending on how humid the room is.
Does it need a special outlet?
No. It plugs into a standard 115 V household outlet. Plug it straight into the wall rather than an extension cord.
