How much ice does it make?
Up to 110 lbs a day, 40 cubes every 12 to 15 minutes, with 25 lbs stored in the bin.
Will it fit under my counter?
Yes. It’s 33.7 in tall, 15 in wide and 21.1 in deep, with a front vent made for under-counter installs. It also works freestanding.
Does it need a water line?
Yes. It connects to your water supply with the included 11.7 ft inlet hose with filter, plus a 4 ft drain hose.
What’s the difference between the colors?
Black has a stainless steel door and front with black sides. Silver is stainless steel on the door and sides. Everything else is the same.
Can I choose the cube size?
Yes. Thin, medium or thick cubes, from 12 to 18 minutes per batch.
Can the door open the other way?
Yes. The door is reversible, so you can hinge it on the left or the right.
What’s the return policy?
